DaGo Solutions ("we", "our", "us") operates the Terreau platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information (email address, organization name)
• Website data you submit for analysis (domain, pages, content)
• Brand and business information you enter (business name, address, phone)
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)

We collect information automatically:

• Usage data (features used, pages visited within the app)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)

3. Google API Services

Our application uses Google API Services to access your Google Search Console data. We request read-only access to your Search Console properties to fetch search performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, rankings). We store OAuth tokens securely and use them solely to sync your search data. We do not share your Google data with third parties. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• To provide and maintain our service
• To analyze your website and generate SEO recommendations
• To generate AI-powered content and suggestions
• To track AI visibility across search engines
• To process your transactions and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your account or our service

5. AI Processing

We use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) to process content and generate suggestions. Your website content and prompts are sent to these services for processing. We implement prompt-level caching to reduce redundant API calls. We do not use your data to train AI models. Cached responses are automatically expired and do not contain personally identifiable information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (database hosting and authentication)
• Anthropic (AI content generation)
• Google (Search Console data access, only with your authorization)
• Vercel (application hosting)

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security at the database layer for tenant isolation, and secure token storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. When you delete a site from the platform, all associated data (pages, issues, content, checks) is permanently removed.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect your Google account at any time
• Export your data
