1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Terreau platform operated by DaGo Solutions ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Terreau is a software-as-a-service platform that provides website SEO auditing, AI-powered content optimization, AI visibility tracking, competitor analysis, and content generation tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered pricing plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to crawl or analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to audit
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or plan restrictions
• Use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Usage limits are enforced per plan tier as described on our pricing page.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features (blog drafts, social posts, SEO suggestions) is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, factual inaccuracies, or copyright issues. You retain ownership of content you create using the service.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console, Anthropic Claude, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service (website content, brand facts, business information). We claim no ownership over your data. We use your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaGo Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
